- A (non-profit making) site at which questions relating to panic attacks can be asked and an email reply received for a small charge is at http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~filman/ask1.htm
- Amy Roberts has sent the following details of how to access a new support chat channel which meets at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
"First you have to have an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) program on your computer. I recommend mIRC.
Once you get the program on your computer go to the setup option. There
click the add button to add our server to the list. Type
www.support-group.com and use port 6667. Put in your personal information
and make sure you are connected to the internet. Click on the connect to
server button. Once connected a box will pop up, click on the X, you don't
need this box. In the space at the bottom type /list, this will bring up a
list of channels on this server. Double click on # tapir channel to come
into the channel. We meet every night at 9:00pm EST, 6:00pm PST. We are a
support group for anyone that has anxiety/panic disorders or anyone that
has questions."
- Michelle Philips has told us she suffered from panic attacks some 6 years
ago, and is willing to offer support by email:clevpark@technet2000.com.au.
