Cue Symptoms Reported (%)
- Most people (22.1%) reported dizziness as their cue for the imminent panic attack, followed by increased heart beat (19.9%), breathing difficulties and depersonalisation (12.2% and 11.0% respectively).
- Fear of dying and choking sensations were the least reported as cue sensations.
